Ingredients:
1.5 lbs of pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of rosemary, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of thyme, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of sage, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
If you don't have fresh herbs, dried herbs will work just fine. Just remember that dried herbs are more concentrated, so use half the amount.
