Healthy Oatmeal Cocoa cups

Things needed:

100 grams (about 1 cup) of oats

240 milliliters (one cup) of milk

two eggs

Greek yogurt, measuring 1/3 cup (100 g)

Use 1 tablespoon of stevia or your preferred sweetener.

1/8 teaspoon of baking soda

Excessive salt

1 tablespoon of cocoa powder that is not sweetened

What to do:

Get the oven ready:

The oven should be preheated to 360°F, or 180°C.

Get the Oat Blender Ready:

Mix together the oatmeal and milk in a bowl, using 1 cup each. Just a few minutes will do it to soak the oats.
