Preparation:
Prepare a bechamel sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, add the flour and mix. Pour the milk little by little while stirring until it gets a thick consistency. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Open the croissants and top them with a slice of ham.
Pour a spoonful of bechamel inside and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Firm the croissants, drop some bechamel and cheese on top.
Bake in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes. Enjoy it while it’s hot.
