Dream Pudding

Make the caramel:
In a saucepan, put the sugar and water.
Cook over medium heat, without stirring, until the sugar melts and forms a golden caramel.
Pour the caramel into the bottom of a pudding mold, spreading it evenly over the bottom and sides. Book.
Make the pudding:
In a mixer, beat the condensed milk, milk, eggs and vanilla essence until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the caramelized mold.
Cook in a bain-marie:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Place the pudding mold in a larger baking dish filled with hot water, forming a bain-marie.
Place in the oven and bake for about 1 1/2 hours or until the pudding is firm.
Let cool completely before unmolding. If possible, refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Make the plum syrup:
In a saucepan, put the plums, water and sugar.
Cook over medium heat until the plums soften and the syrup thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Let it cool before serving.
Finishing:
Unmold the pudding and pour the plum syrup over it.
Tip: Serve very cold to enjoy all the creaminess of the dream pudding with the sweetness of the plum syrup!
