Line a 9" square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside π.
In a medium saucepan, heat butter, sugar, honey, salt, and heavy cream over medium-high heat. Stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling, set a timer for 4 minutes and continue stirring β²οΈ.
In a large bowl, combine orange extract, orange zest, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow fluff. Pour the hot butter mixture over the contents π§βπ³.
Use an electric mixer on medium to blend until the chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Gently fold in dried cranberries π.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and let set for 3 hours at room temperature β³.
Once set, cut into bite-sized squares and enjoy π½οΈ.
