Line a 9" square baking dish with parchment paper and set aside πŸ“ƒ.
In a medium saucepan, heat butter, sugar, honey, salt, and heavy cream over medium-high heat. Stir constantly and bring to a rolling boil. Once boiling, set a timer for 4 minutes and continue stirring ⏲️.
In a large bowl, combine orange extract, orange zest, white chocolate chips, and marshmallow fluff. Pour the hot butter mixture over the contents πŸ§‘β€πŸ³.
Use an electric mixer on medium to blend until the chocolate melts and mixture is smooth. Gently fold in dried cranberries πŸ’.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and let set for 3 hours at room temperature ⏳.
