Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Flatten chicken breasts about 1/4 inch thick using a meat grout.
Season each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
Assemble the Rolls:
Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce over each chicken breast.
Place a slice of mozzarella cheese on the pesto.
Roll up the chicken well and wrap each roll with 2 slices of bacon. Secure with toothpaste if necessary.
Cook the chicken:
Heat the olive oil in a medium-high skillet. Take out the chicken rolls until the bacon is crispy and golden on all sides.
Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Servir :
Let the chicken rest a few minutes after cooking.
Slice into medallions and top with chopped parsley. Drizzle any skillet juice on top for added flavor.
