Milk (room temperature) 240 ml
Water Enough to cover ribs
Onion 3 medium
Carrots 3 medium, peeled
Potatoes 500 grams, peeled
Tomato paste 3 tablespoons
Salt 2 teaspoons
Black pepper Pinch
Sweet paprika Pinch
Chimichurri Pinch
Instructions:
Marinate Ribs:
Place ribs in a bowl and pour milk over them.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cook Ribs:
Transfer ribs to a pot, cover with water, and boil for 1.5 hours.
Prepare Vegetables:
Chop onions, carrots, and potatoes into medium pieces.
Combine Ingredients:
Remove ribs from pot and place in a baking dish.
Season ribs with 1 tsp salt, black pepper, paprika, and chimichurri.
