Rub the brisket with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, brown sugar, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
Place the brisket in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and cook for 3-4 hours until tender.
Remove the foil, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for another 30 minutes until caramelized.
