WOULD YOU EAT THIS GRILLED LOBSTER WITH GARLIC AND HERB BUTTER

For the Garlic and Herb Butter:
Make the Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
For the Lobster:
Prepare the Lobster: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the cut side of the lobster tails with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the Lobster: Place the lobster tails flesh-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes, then flip the tails over.
Add Garlic Butter: Brush the lobster tails generously with the garlic and herb butter. Continue grilling for another 4-5 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and fully cooked.
Serve: Remove the lobster from the grill, drizzle with more garlic butter, and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges for an extra burst of citrus.
