Seedless Red Grapes, 1/2 cup
Chopped Walnuts 1/4 cup
Dried Cranberries, 1/4 cup

Waldorf salad Dressing

Plain Vegan Yogurt, 2 Tbsps
Fresh Mint 2tbsps
Chopped Parsley 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice 1tbsp
Pure maple syrup, 2 teaspoons
Salt 1/2tsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1/8tsp

Ingredient Notes

Apple: I used Honey crisp apples to prepare this salad. You can choose different varieties of apples your choice.
Grapes: We used grapes to add a sweet and tangy taste. You can replace it with raisins of your choice.
Parsley: It gives a refreshing and calming texture to the salad.
Walnuts: I used raw walnuts to give a crunchy taste. You can add roasted walnuts.
Dried Cranberries: They have a sweet flavor.
Lettuce Leaves: I used this just for serving purposes. You can serve the salad in a salad bowl.

Instructions
Prepare the salad dressing

Chopped parsley and mint by using a knife. Add it into a bowl.
Mix maple syrup, black pepper, lemon juice, salt, and vegan yogurt into the bowl.
Stir it until all ingredients mix well. Set aside this bowl.
Cut remaining ingredients

Peel off apple skin with the help of a knife and cut it into diced size.
Next, thinly chop the celery stalks into tiny half-moons, about 2 mm thick.
Cut grapes into half-equal lengths. Then, finely chop walnuts and set aside.
