Making of Bang Bang Sauce

Add vegan mayo, agave nectar, black pepper, sriracha, salt, and fresh lime juice to a mixing bowl.
Stir until all ingredients mix well.
Save this sauce in the fridge for later use.
Making of Broccoli Mixture

Add hot sauce, all-purpose flour, and cornstarch to a mixing bowl.
Mix well and set aside this bowl.
Take another mixing bowl. Add apple cider vinegar and almond milk to this bowl.
Whisk all ingredients.
Add this almond mixture to the cornstarch mixture.
Continuously stir to make it lumps-free. Put this batter aside.
Next, take the broccoli floret and chop it into tiny bite-sized pieces.
Add bread crumbs to a bowl and set aside it.
Now, coat the broccoli florets.
First, dip it into cornstarch flour, second dip it in with milk batter, and last coat it with breadcrumbs.
Burner

Place the pan over a high flame on the burner. Add olive oil to this pan.
Warm the olive oil for 5-6 minutes or until heated.
Fry the coated broccoli in warm oil for 3 to 4 minutes until it gets crunchy.
Serve the hot and spicy broccoli with bang bang sauce.
Air Fryer

Take an air fryer and set its temperature to approximately 380 degrees.
Drizzle olive oil over the air fryer basket.
Shift marinated broccoli to this basket.
Cook it for 5-7 minutes until its texture is crispy.
