Vegan Almond Cake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the almond milk, vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Avoid over-mixing.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan. If desired, sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
