1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Open the can of biscuit dough, and cut each biscuit in half. Roll each half into a rope, about 6 inches long, and tie into a knot.
3. Place the knots on the prepared baking sheet.
4. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the grated Parmesan cheese. Brush half of this mixture over the knots before baking.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown and cooked through.
6. Remove from the oven and immediately brush with the remaining butter and Parmesan mixture. Serve warm.

To add a herby touch, consider mixing a teaspoon of Italian seasoning or freshly chopped parsley into the butter and Parmesan mixture. For a spicier kick, a pinch of red pepper flakes can be sprinkled before serving.
