Turkish Bread

⁃ Spread the dough on a marble sprinkled with flour and knead it well for 10 minutes until it remains smooth.
⁃ Brush the dough with a little olive oil and put it in a plate and cover it and leave it in a warm place for an hour to ferment and double in size.
⁃ Preheat the oven to 230 degrees.
⁃ Divide the dough into 3 parts and spread the dough on a marble sprinkled with flour by hand and place it in a tray lined with butter paper and cover it with a clean kitchen towel and leave it for 15 minutes.
⁃ Make holes with your fingers in the dough.
⁃ Mix the sesame and nigella seeds and spread them over the dough spread in the tray and cover it with a kitchen towel and leave it for 10 minutes.
⁃ Beat the egg yolk with olive oil and brush the surface of the bread with the mixture and repeat the holes with your fingers on the surface of the bread.
⁃ Put it in the oven for 10 minutes until the bread is cooked and browned
