Dissolve the coffee in the water in a medium-sized bowl.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator until it cools slightly.
Whip together the cream, cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Dip the biscuit fingers in the prepared coffee mixture.
Distribute half the amount of biscuits in a tray, then put a layer of cream.
Repeat with a second layer of biscuits followed by a layer of cream
Garnish the top with a sprinkle of cocoa.
Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, then serve cold.
