This is the sauce we use for Thanksgiving as it's tasty and good for you!

1. Rinse the cranberries under cold water and discard any that are soft or damaged.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries and water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until most of the cranberries have burst.
4. Stir in the erythritol, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and orange zest. Continue to simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Remove the saucepan from heat and allow the cranberry sauce to cool down. It will thicken as it cools.
6. Transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Variations & Tips
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of ground ginger or cayenne pepper to the sauce. If you prefer a smoother texture, blend the sauce with an immersion blender after cooking. You can also experiment with different sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit to suit your taste preferences. For an extra layer of flavor, try adding a splash of brandy or Grand Marnier during the cooking process.
