Tandoori_ Chicken

Method:

Stir the yogurt with the vinegar, garlic, salt and Tandoori spices in a large bowl and mix them well.
Then add the chicken pieces and season them with the mixture, then cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator for two hours or more (and you can leave it outside the refrigerator in winter)
We take the chicken out of the refrigerator and let it cool to room temperature (this is very important).
We put it in the oven at a high temperature until it is cooked (about an hour)

Now we prepare the serving sauce 😋😋:

We melt the butter over medium heat and add the garlic and coriander and stir.
Then we add the cream until it is hot and serve with the tandoori chicken.
