Spring Rolls in the Oven

¼ cup chopped coriander

1 teaspoon spices
½ teaspoon hot pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon very hot pepper
Finely grated carrots
1 beaten egg to brush the edges of the spring

Method

Mix the ingredients together, then brush the spring roll with oil from the inside, then put the filling in the middle and roll it from the corner, roll it like the way you roll grape leaves, making sure to close the sides, and finally brush the edge of the spring roll with egg or water using a brush
Place it in a tray lined with butter paper and brush each roll with oil from the top and bottom, then put it in the oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
