In a deep bowl, put the flour, sugar and yeast and mix them well
Add the ghee and mix well, then add the eggs, warm water and milk gradually while kneading until you have a soft, non-sticky dough. Knead for 5 minutes
Cover the dough and leave it to ferment for an hour or until its size doubles
Divide the dough into balls about 1/2 inch. Flatten each ball and then roll it into a longitudinal shape and close its edges well
Place the bread in a greased tray and cover with a clean towel and leave it to ferment for half an hour until its size doubles
Then brush the surface of the bread with egg yolk and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until golden.
