We line the tray with foil, then butter paper and grease it with oil so that the fish does not stick to me, or we make it in a Teflon, granite or ceramic tray. We put it in the oven on the rack closest to the floor at the highest temperature for 20 minutes, then we raise it to the middle rack for another 10 minutes and lower the temperature to 220 or 200 depending on the oven temperature, then we see if it is done or not. If it is done and the face is browned After a while, it will be fine. We take it out and serve it with a thousand good appetite.
