▪In a pot on the stove, put the milk and add the semolina, sugar and egg yolk.
▪Add the butter to the mixture and mix until it boils, then remove from the heat.
▪Add the vanilla and mix well.
▪Set aside to warm up to facilitate shaping. The bowl can be covered when it reaches room temperature, and kept in the refrigerator or in a cool place for an hour.
▪To cover our balls, we grind half a box of biscuits, add a teaspoon of cocoa, roll them into balls and set them aside, or cover them with coconut.
