2 chopped garlic cloves Salt and pepper to taste Fresh perch to garnish Addresses: In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Garlic stir fry until fragrant. Add heavy cream and lobster meat, simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper. Meanwhile, seasonal salt and pepper snail.
