Meat or chicken roll with spinach.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, and bring a high-edged tray.

Soak the tomatoes in hot water, leave for 5 minutes, then drain.

Mix the meat, onions, salt and pepper, and rub the meat with your hands to get a cohesive dough, put the meat dough on aluminum foil, and with your fingertips spread it into a rectangle and place the spinach leaves, tomatoes, cheese and basil in the middle.

Roll the meat dough into a roll, secure the edges, brush with butter, then wrap the roll in aluminum foil, and put it in the oven for 30 minutes until the meat is cooked.

Remove the meat roll from the oven, remove the aluminum foil, and let it cool slightly before cutting.
