How to make Greek Shawarma at home:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, add the ground beef, mint, cumin, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, onion and garlic. Using an electric mixer or food processor, mix well to form a smooth paste.

3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking tray and press until combined.

4. Bake for about an hour until the top is golden brown.

5. In a small bowl, mix together the tzatziki sauce ingredients.

6. Cut the meat, then spread the flatbread and top with lettuce, shredded meat, tzatziki sauce, onions and tomatoes.

7. Serve and enjoy the delicious taste
