1/4 kilo ground lamb

1 teaspoon dried mint

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper

½ cup bread crumbs, soaked in olive oil

1 medium onion, grated

2 cloves garlic, grated

Tzatziki sauce

1 cucumber, peeled, grated and drained of excess water

3 sprigs dill

Lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups yogurt

For serving
Tortilla bread
Thinly shredded lettuce

Red onion, thinly sliced

1 tomato, cut into small pieces
