Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, onions and spices, add the eggs and parsley, then mix everything well and form balls of kofta and stuff them with a canned mushroom, then shape them into balls and grill the kofta in a pan with a little ghee on both sides until golden brown. Boil the pasta, then stir with a cup of béchamel sauce and a quarter cup of grated mozzarella cheese. Place in Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cover with the remaining béchamel sauce. Arrange the grilled kofta balls on top of the pasta, then decorate with the remaining grated mozzarella and cheddar. Place in a hot oven for 30 minutes until browned and golden. Serve and enjoy.
