Lotus Cheesecake

I used 20 Lotus pieces and 100 grams of regular biscuits

70 grams of melted butter and a tablespoon of cream

I ground the biscuits in a food processor and added the butter and cream to the biscuits, mixed them well and arranged them in an 8-inch pan

For the cheesecake layer

I mixed the condensed milk with the Lotus butter and Kiri cheese. When I mixed them well and felt that their consistency was well blended, I added the liquid cream and Dream Whip and whisked until it thickened and became a heavy cream. Finally, I added the full-fat milk

And after mixing it a little, I melted two small spoons of gelatin in a quarter cup of hot water, but it melted well and cooled a little. I added it to the cheesecake mixture and mixed it with it. It was ready. I added it to the biscuits and put it in the refrigerator for two hours until it solidified

I melted two tablespoons of Lotus butter and poured it over it and decorated it with Lotus crumbs. Enjoy and enjoy
