Lentil meatballs

Use a masher to smash the lentils.
The mixture for the lentil meatballs is prepared.
OVEN METHOD:

Set the oven’s temperature to 190 degrees.
Next, use your hands to form the batter into balls.
Use vegan oil to oil the tray (baking).
Spoon all of the lentil meatballs onto the baking sheet.
Bake until golden, 20/30 minutes.
While baking, turn each side over.
Give it 5/10 minutes to cool on the baking tray.
The meatballs made from lentils are ready.
SERVING:

Serve tomato sauce alongside delicious lentil meatballs.
TIPS:
Give the lentils 20 minutes or so to cook.
To help the meatballs stick, include the oats.

NOTES:
Use ready-made tomato sauce.
Include in a small amount of water, if the lentil meatball mixture is dry.

STORAGE INFORMATION:
Store lentil meatballs in an airtight jar & refrigerate them for 3/4 days.
Maintain in a cold place for upto a month to extend the shelf life.
