KETO-FRIENDLY PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (sugar-free and no added oils)
1/4 cup powdered erythritol or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional toppings: sugar-free chocolate chips, crushed nuts, or a drizzle of sugar-free chocolate sauce
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Peanut Butter Mousse:
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream, creamy peanut butter, powdered erythritol (or your chosen sweetener), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
2. Whip the Mixture:
Whip the mixture with an electric mixer or a whisk until it gets thick and makes stiff peaks. This could take a while.
3. Taste and Adjust:
If you think the mousse is too sweet, add more sweetener to make it less sweet. Always remember that you can change how sweet or mild it is.
4. Chill and Serve:
Divide the mousse into serving dishes or glasses. To set, cover it and put it in the fridge for at least one to two hours.
