Season the chicken: In a large bowl, toss together the shredded chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Cook the chicken: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, until cooked through and browned on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
Assemble the wraps: Place tortillas in a bowl and spread 1 tablespoon of the creamy garlic sauce on each. Top with the cooked chicken, then sprinkle with the shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
Melt the cheese: Fold the tortilla over the filling and place back in the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
Serve: Cut the wraps in half, and garnish with fresh parsley
