Easy Saucy Ramen Noodles

1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chili garlic sauce (if using). Pour in the vegetable broth or water and bring to a simmer.
4. Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
5. Toss in the cooked ramen noodles, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce. Add any optional add-ins at this stage and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
