Peel the onion and cut it into rings 1 cm thick and press on it until the circles separate
Soak the onion rings in milk and leave for at least one hour
Heat the oil well and prepare the flour and salt mixture
Remove the onion from the milk, then add the flour and cover completely
Fry the onion rings in oil until they become golden in color, then place them on paper or cloth to absorb the excess oil and serve with any type of sauce
