Creamy Tomato Ravioli Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
Add Tomatoes:

Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices) to the skillet. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Incorporate Cream:

Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well to combine, then add the Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add Cheese:

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste
