Apple and mascarpone fondue

Ingredients :
3 apples (gold or gala type)
150g mascarpone
3 eggs
100g icing sugar
100g flour
1 sachet baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Butter and flour for the mould
Icing sugar for sprinkles (optional)
Preparation:
Peel, core and cut the apples into cubes or thin slices, then reserve them.
