Ingredients:
Banana: 1, sliced
Apple: 1, cored and sliced
Kiwis: 2, peeled and sliced
Strawberries: 6, hulled and sliced
Juice of Half a Lemon
Orange Juice: 500 ml
Cornstarch: 50 g
Sugar: 50 g
Butter: 20 g
Directions:
Prepare the Fruit:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced banana, apple, kiwis, and strawberries. Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon to prevent browning and add a refreshing tang. Gently toss to combine.
Make the Orange Sauce:
