Who doesn’t love the delightful taste of pizza? Imagine capturing that delicious essence in a single, bite-sized snack that’s both fun and incredibly easy to make. Introducing pizza chips—an appetizing fusion of cheesy goodness and savory pepperoni that you can whip up in just minutes. These little morsels are perfect for any occasion, whether you’re looking for a quick snack, a party appetizer, or a creative side dish to accompany your meals.

My journey with pizza chips began during a lazy Sunday afternoon when I craved something quick yet satisfying. With only a handful of ingredients in my kitchen, I stumbled upon this recipe and was immediately hooked. The simplicity, combined with the rich flavors, reminded me of childhood pizza nights, sitting around the table with family, savoring every bite of gooey cheese and crispy pepperoni. The best part? You don’t need to be on a keto diet to enjoy these, though they fit perfectly into low-carb lifestyles.

Ingredients
2/3 cup (80 g) low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese

48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni

Instructions
Preheat the Oven Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Ensuring your oven reaches the correct temperature before baking is crucial for achieving the perfect texture for your pizza chips.

Prepare the Mini Muffin Pan Grease the interior of a mini muffin pan. This recipe makes 16 chips, so you only need to grease 16 cups. You can use a cooking spray or lightly brush some oil onto the cups to prevent the cheese from sticking.

Add the Cheese Measure out 2 teaspoons of shredded mozzarella cheese and add it to each greased cup. Lightly pat down the cheese with your fingers or the back of a spoon to ensure it covers the bottom evenly. This step helps the cheese melt uniformly and forms the base of your pizza chip.

Top with Pepperoni Place 3 slices of mini pepperoni on top of the cheese in each cup. If you prefer, you can add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning over the pepperoni for an extra burst of flavor. This step is optional but highly recommended for those who love a bit more seasoning in their snacks.
