Put the sugar in a deep saucepan over low heat (move the saucepan to spread a thin layer of sugar at the bottom) Wait until the sugar is caramelized over low heat When all the sugar melts and the mixture becomes smooth, add the milk mixture and cook over low heat and stir with a whisk (with a wire) quickly Until the mixture becomes thick .. Transfer an amount of the mixture to the bowl (tray) over the biscuit layer and leave it aside (the amount is a little more than half) .. Add the dark chocolate to the rest of the mixture while it is hot directly and mix well quickly until it melts completely and becomes homogeneous with the mixture, then pour it over the caramel and biscuit layer. Decorate the surface with white and dark chocolate or as desired
Important note: For the caramel, use a non-stick and deep pot so that you can put the rest of the mixture and stir it well and quickly and over low heat .. You can put dark chocolate to the whole mixture and add it without the caramel layer .. You can use crumbled cake by mixing it with a little cream instead of the biscuit layer .. As desired Show less
