⛔Pickled cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower well in water and salt, then cut it into suitable pieces and place it in a plate and sprinkle it with a layer of salt and leave it for 6 hours - Place the screen containing the spices in the vinegar and put it on the fire and boil for 2/1 hour then cool - Drain the cauliflower from the water and salt that resulted from salting it and arrange it in a dry jar - Pour the vinegar over the cauliflower, covering it completely and closing it tightly and leaving it for a period of no less than 3 weeks
