Whoa! I didn't think you could make this without rolling! Did you know about this technique?

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons cold milk
Directions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt until well mixed.
Add the vegetable oil and milk to the bowl, and stir until the dough forms.
Transfer the dough directly into a 9-inch pie plate. Using your hands or the back of a spoon, press the dough evenly over the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.
If you are making a pre-baked pie crust, poke the bottom and sides of the crust with a fork to prevent bubbling and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. If you are using the crust with a filling that will be baked, follow the baking instructions for the pie recipe you are using.
Variations & Tips
For a richer flavor, you can substitute half of the vegetable oil with melted butter. If you prefer a whole wheat crust, replace half of the all-purpose flour with whole wheat flour. For an extra flaky crust, chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before pressing it into the pie plate. Feel free to add a dash of cinnamon or a bit of grated orange zest to the crust for a unique twist on your sweet pies.
