Ingredients

2 packs of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets if using pre-packaged ramen)
For the Tofu:
1 block of firm tofu, drained and cubed
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
For the Vegetables:
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
1/4 cup green onions, sliced
For Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro, chopped

Step 1: Prepare the Peanut Satay Sauce
