4 pork chops without bones
1 can of condensed mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
1/2 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
1 little onion, cut into very small pieces.
2 pieces of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
Add salt and pepper according to your preference.
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Instructions
1. Warm the olive oil in a big frying pan on medium-high heat. Add salt and pepper to the pork chops. Cook them on each side until they turn brown, which should take around 3-4 minutes per side.
