This dish had me totally hooked from the get-go, and I'm never looking back

1 (30 oz.) packet of frozen shredded hash browns
4 cups chicken stock
1 (10 oz.) can of condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup softened cream cheese
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, combine the frozen shredded hash browns and chicken broth. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Reduce the heat to medium. Add the condensed cream of chicken soup to the pot and stir until it is well incorporated with the hash browns and chicken stock.
3. Add cheddar cheese, onion powder, and salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Add the sour cream and softened cream cheese to the soup. Stir until both are fully incorporated and the soup is creamy and thick.
5. Serve with your favorite toppings! Toppings to consider: extra croutons, chives, more cheese, dried oregano, crumbed bacon, etc.
