Ingredients:
For the Brownies:
1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients required on the package)
1/2 cup peanut butter chips (optional)
For the Peanut Butter Fudge Layer:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
For the Whipped Cream:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
For Assembly:
Crushed peanuts or chocolate shavings (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Brownies:
Preheat your oven and prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Stir in peanut butter chips if desired.
Bake the brownies in a greased pan as directed. Let them cool completely before cutting into squares.
