Ingredients:
2 lobster tails (medium size, fresh or thawed)
2 tablespoons butter, melted (unsalted butter is preferred, but salted works too)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed for the best flavor)
1 clove garlic, minced (or use garlic powder if you don’t have fresh garlic)
Salt, to taste (sea salt or kosher salt for a more subtle, rich taste)
Pepper, to taste (freshly cracked black pepper)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This temperature is ideal for baking lobster tails as it cooks them quickly without drying them out, ensuring they remain juicy and flavorful.
Step 2: Prepare the Lobster Tails
Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, carefully cut the lobster shells lengthwise from top to tail, making sure not to cut through the meat. Pry open the shell slightly, exposing the lobster meat. This step makes the lobster easier to eat while allowing the butter mixture to seep into the meat during baking.
Step 3: Make the Butter Mixture
