Lemon Cream Cheese Bread

In a large bowl, combine the sugar, eggs, sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and canola oil. Mix until smooth and well incorporated.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet and Dry:
