Homemade Fruit & Nut Chewy White Chocolate Bars

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang on the sides for easy removal.
Melt the Chocolate: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, marshmallows, and sweetened condensed milk over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and melted.
Add Vanilla: Once the mixture is fully melted, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Mix in the Fruits and Nuts: Fold in the dried fruits and mixed nuts until evenly distributed.
Transfer to Pan: Pour the nougat mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the bars are firm enough to slice.
Cut and Serve: Once set, lift the nougat block out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into bars or squares and serve.
