Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a 9-inch by 13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
Slice the rolls in half and remove the top half.
In a small bowl mix Dijon mustard, 2 Tablespoons butter, and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread over the bottom half of the buns.
Layer ham over the mustard.
Place 2 rows of swiss cheese over the ham , then the cranberry sauce - adding a thin layer, then a final layer of the provolone cheese.
Place the top half of the buns back on.
Spread remaining butter over the tops of the buns and sprinkle with the bagel seasoning.
Cover with tinfoil and place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for the remaining 5 minutes.
Remove and serve immediately.
