Instructions:

Prepare the eggs: Hard boil 10 eggs, cool, peel, and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange in a baking dish.
Make the creamy sauce: Whisk together heavy cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard. Stir in diced ham if desired.
Assemble: Pour the creamy sauce over the egg halves. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Bake: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
