1 small watermelon, cubed
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
2 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons honey

Directions
1. In a large bowl, combine the cubed watermelon and finely chopped mint leaves.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey, and salt until well combined.
