Ingredients:
2 potatoes
1 carrot
Chives
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Preparation:
Prepare the Vegetables:
Finely chop the potatoes and carrot.
Wash them thoroughly and pat dry.
Combine Ingredients:
Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Add the chives, salt, pepper, cornstarch, and water.
Form the Mixture:
